Canisius College is a local (expensive) private school. The 'Scott' character is a friend of mine who I used to draw in my high school newspaper. He's next to Jake, another friend from high school. They both went to Canisius and graduated on time. The guy in the back has his finger in his mouth -- he's the same guy who was picking his nose in the 'whump!' comic the week before (get it?). This comic exemplifies how Tony and I collaborate. I came up with the joke for the first two panels, but it needed a punchier ending. The comment in the last panel was completely Tony's idea, and I loved it.
